Our Property Care starts with us walking your property with you well before leaf-out!
- Client Representative and Designer walk the property and create short- and long-term plans for presentation
- Examine hardscape, including driveways, walkways, patios, pools, masonry walls, and decks for winter damage
- Prune and remediate damaged branches; clean up turf, edging, and mulch beds
- Determine level of organic care; apply pre-emergent and fertilizer to lawn
- Evaluate/set irrigation system clock; install robotic lawn mowers, as applicable
- Design/prep perennials, annuals, roses, vegetable gardens, and containers
- Resume disease and pest control, fertilizer, and weed
- Finish evergreen dormant pruning as needed
- Begin landscape projects designed in the spring
- Rotate seasonal color in pots and beds; attend to weekly bed detailing, including weeding, pruning, and plant health
- Deadhead and stake perennials Prevent noxious weeds, disease, and insect infestation; apply weed control treatments to hardscape areas
- Perform weekly rose care visits
- Adjust irrigation system for seasonal growth and optimum hydration
- Examine all segments of the property for overgrowth and refurbishment
- Continue weekly mowing, turf care, and wildlife protection
- Adjust and service robotic lawn mowers
- Plant fall annuals in containers
- Cut back and prune plants, grasses, and perennials
- Begin comprehensive fall cleanup and leaf removal
